Strawberry shortcake is made with freshly sliced strawberries layered with Chantilly cream and our house made strawberry compote.

Storage: Please keep cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving. Leftover cake can be put in the fridge to consume within two days or frozen for up to one month
